With 19 years of experience in EMS and fire service, I understand the heavy toll that stress, trauma, and responsibility can leave on both body and mind.

My approach combines the science of conscious breathing with proven therapeutic methods to gently release stored emotions, patterns, and unresolved trauma. Each session offers a safe, supportive space designed to meet you where you are—guiding you toward balance, clarity, and renewal.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that uses guided, intentional breathing patterns to release stress, improve emotional regulation, and restore balance in the body and mind. While breathing may seem automatic, most people develop restricted patterns over time, often as a way to cope with stress, trauma, or difficult experiences. These restrictions can limit vitality, increase tension, and keep old patterns locked in place.

Through conscious, connected breathing, the body naturally begins to let go of stored tension and unresolved emotions. This process calms the nervous system, lowers stress hormones, and helps bring hidden patterns to the surface where they can be safely processed and integrated.
